Daily Reflection Day#8

Hi everybody,
Today is our 9th day working with Prof. Jeff online studying EFL537 course. We all are on the good way to get our knowledge and to complete our course.
This morning I created Blogging & RSS, a part of Materials Archive, and I have just finished writing my Reading Review#4 about Using Technology to Teach Speaking and Pronunciation Skills, and posted it on efl537@gmail.com. In fact, I am very interested in all the articles about Using Technology to Teach Language Skills because I think that they are very practical and useful, they can help me a lot in my teaching lessons, I am going to study them and write about them after the course.
Based on what I have been learning so far, now I do not worry about how to create PowerPoint Presentations, about how to save all the Web sites I am interested in and use each time when I prepare for my teaching lessons because I have some web addresses such as: http://delicious.com/minhducpg...
Though I feel quite satisfied with what I have learned so far, I always have to try all my best to make better progress in the future.

Daily Reflection Day#7

I have been studying CALL for eight days, and I have completed most of our tasks required in the course by Prof. Jeff. I am getting better and better now because I feel satisfied with what I have done during the course.
Most of my classmates have done well in their tasks and they have finshed their Reading Review#3. I myself reviewed the reading about "Using Technology to Teach Listening Skills". In fact, I like all the readings about Teaching Skills because of being a high school teacher, I think that I can learn something interesting and useful from them and I can combine them with what I have learned in EFL537 course in my teaching work on the days when I come back to teach.
I must say that what I have done and gained is that I have been helped by my Prof. Jeff and my classmates for the past days.
Thank you very much.
Daily Reflection Day#6
Monday was the first day of week#2 working online with Prof. Jeff Lebow. I had to select 30 websites and then post them on my bookmarks. In fact, I think that my bookmarks will become bigger and bigger because each day when I find something interesting and useful to my teaching lessons, I can store them on my bookmarks. Now you can log in my delicious address at : http://delicious.com/minhducpg and find something you are interested in your teaching lessons, and If you are interested something which is not there, please contact me and I will try all my best to help you.
What I had to do on Monday was to complete Week#2 Questionnaire. In this task, I had to answer three interesting questions. I aslo registered to review my readings about "Using Technology to Teach Litening Skills, and Using Technology to Teach Speaking and Pronunciation Skills ". Please visit our address at: EFL537.com to read and give me your comments. Thank you very much.

Daily Reflection Week#1 and Day#5

Five days of studying CALL last week is over. I must say that everything now seems Ok because I have done almost what my teacher, Prof. Jeff Lebow, has instructed me. Although each day has its own challenges, I am now very happy and satisfied with what I did and made during last week; for example, now I can create my own blog; my bookmarks.., which will be very helpful and useful to me in my teaching work. The most interesting thing I have been very interested in and satisfied with is the page: http://delicious.com/minhducpg. On this page, I can save all what I am interested in; for example, grammar, how to teach listening skills, how to apply CALL in teaching the four skills and so on.
Please log in this page: http://delicious.com/minhducpg where you can find many interesting thing in it, and give me your comments.
Thank you very much.

My Daily Reflection Day#4

My Daily Reflection Day#4

Hi everybody,
Yesterday was the fourth day of studying CALL. Most of my classmates completed their tasks given by Prof. Jeff, and I think that all the tasks which I completed yesterday and the day before are very interesting. The most interesting task I have been very satisfied is my task#3:social_bookmarking because yesterday when one of my students asked me about how to look for English Grammar on the Internet, I give her my delicious address: http://delicious.com/minhducpg, and asked her to log in and look for Grammar there. After a few minutes she said to me “Oh, it’s very interesting and useful, how do you do?”. I think that all the tools and websites are very interesting and useful; each of the tools and websites has its own strength to help me in my teaching job.
Thank you very much for your reading and giving me you comments.

Daily Reflection Day#3

Today is our third day of studying CALL and I feel that everything seems much better and more interesting. I have done most of the tasks given by Mr. Jeff; they are Desktop_Management; google_docs; social_bookmarking; Activity_Creation, which is very interesting and very useful.
I can create many of my interests in each web. I can check them very easily and quickly, which makes me save a lot of time to look for on the webs when I need to use. I can design many kinds of exercises by using HotPotatoes, which is a very interesting thing I have never done before; by this way I think that every time when I give my students exercises, they will feel interested in and happy to do....
